Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that views the mind as naturally made up of different "parts" — each with its own feelings, perspectives, and roles. Some parts carry pain from past experiences, while others try to protect you from that pain.
