Therapy is a valuable resource for anyone navigating challenges or seeking personal growth. Whether you're facing emotional stress, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck, therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Our clinic is devoted to helping you find the right therapist for your unique needs. If someone within our practice isn't the best fit, we will gladly help connect you with trusted therapists outside our practice who may better meet your goals and concerns. We are committed to being a one-stop resource—guiding you toward the right support, even if that means referring you elsewhere.

Our priority is simple: to make sure you receive the care that's right for you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Tapping are structured, evidence-based therapies that help your brain process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. Sometimes, difficult memories get "stuck" and continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors long after the event.

These therapies start by identifying the patterns, emotions, and behaviors that are causing challenges in your life today. Then, they gently trace those patterns back to the memories at their root.

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, to help your brain reprocess memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity.

Tapping (also called EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques) uses gentle tapping on specific points on your body to release stress and calm your nervous system.

Together, these approaches support your brain’s natural ability to heal, reducing the emotional charge of past experiences. They are highly effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, and other distressing experiences — all without needing to relive every detail of the past.

Yes. Everything you discuss with your therapist is protected by federal (HIPAA) and state law.

There are a small number of legally required exceptions:

  • If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
  • If there is suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
  • If a court issues a legal order

Your therapist will explain these limits during your first session.
