Healing Happens in Community

Group Therapy

At Perspective Counseling Services, our groups bring people together around a shared experience — to be heard, learn from one another, and grow with support from our clinical team.

OUR GROUPS

Find the Group That Fits You

Every group we offer, in one place. Open one to see when it meets, what it costs, and how to join.

WHY GROUPS

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Group therapy is a nurturing, collaborative space to work through what you're carrying alongside people who understand it — and to find real community along the way.

What Our Groups Offer

A steady, welcoming room where you can speak openly, listen, and be listened to. Each group centers on one shared experience — loss, motherhood, relationships, and more — so the conversation starts where you already are.

Why Group Therapy Helps

Realizing others feel what you feel takes some of the weight off. Encouraging one another, you practice coping skills in real time, grow more resilient, and leave with people in your corner.

Who Might Benefit

Anyone who feels alone in what they're facing, wants to practice new skills alongside others, or would like extra support between individual sessions. Some groups are open to people who aren't PCS clients.
