Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. I work with adults who are seeking understanding, growth, and meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being yourself, exploring your experiences, and moving toward the life you want to build. I also have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm here to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care.

Substance use, recovery, and life transitions. I support adults navigating substance use, recovery, co-occurring mental health concerns, and life transitions. Together, we can explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I use CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and Motivational Interviewing through a trauma-informed approach that honors your unique story and goals.
