Here for the transitions that come with life. I love working with people as they move through the transitions that come with life. I have a particular interest in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. Whether you’re a child struggling to name what’s going on inside, a teenager sorting through identity, a young adult navigating a big life shift, or a family trying to understand each other better, I am here for it. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, and making sure your identity is never something you have to explain or justify is central to how I show up. My training has centered on trauma-informed care, DBT, parts work, play therapy, and family systems.

Taking your inner world seriously. I have a soft spot for helping people make sense of the stories they tell about themselves. A lot of what people, especially kids and teens, are working through comes out in abstract ways. If you’re looking for someone who takes your inner world seriously, that’s me. I love to connect with younger clients through play, art, and storytelling.

Warm, patient, and non-judgmental. You can expect a warm, patient, and non-judgmental approach with me, for both the kids and the people raising them. I don’t believe there’s one right way for a life or family to look. I see you (and your child) as the expert on your own experience, and my role is to bring curiosity, structure, and care to get you where you want to go.
