Meeting you where you are, guiding you forward

Everyone needs help sometimes - and deserves help when they do. I believe in legal equity, practical equality, and personal freedom for all. I am committed to providing inclusive, identity-conscious care to everyone regardless of: age, ancestry, citizenship, color, creed, disability, education, ethnicity, familial status, gender identity, national origin, race, religion/lack thereof, relationship or sexual orientation, socio-economic class, or veteran status. I may work particularly well for those seeking couples therapy, and individuals dealing with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and faith transitions.
Fundamentally I believe my job is to meet you where you are, and then help you get where you want to go. We'll do this by co-creating a safe space - a learning laboratory - where you are enough, just as you are AND can also learn how to change and grow into the person you'd like to be, so that you can live the life you want to live.
While relatively new to social work, I have a lifetime of supplemental experience, complementary education, and significant expertise in embodiment / somatic work inc. 12+ years working as a highly trained trauma informed Orthopedic LMT, and 20+ years in martial arts, film, theatre, and writing. Rest assured - if I'm not the right fit, we'll find who is.
