My hope is to support you in finding balance, improving relationships, and living more authentically. I want you to feel empowered, not defined by your struggles, and to move forward with renewed hope and confidence.
I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what's bringing you to therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, postpartum transitions, and identity work. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, and more. I balance deep listening with gentle challenging to support growth and healing.
