Therapy can feel hard, and sometimes life can leave you feeling trapped in your thoughts, constantly on edge, or weighed down by past experiences. Anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or trauma can make everyday tasks feel overwhelming, leaving you restless, tense, or disconnected from yourself. You don't have to face it alone.
I work with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, and eating disorders. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness, and I am certified in EMDR and ERP. Together, we explore patterns, address intersecting challenges, and build tools to manage stress at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
