Warm, playful therapy for children and young adults
Get to Know Ana
Big feelings can be confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes downright exhausting — especially when you're a kid, teen, or young adult trying to figure out the world. You don't have to do it alone. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to talk, laugh, learn, and grow — not something scary or uncomfortable. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating: anxiety, big emotions, school challenges, self-esteem and identity struggles, and friendship and family difficulties.
My style is warm, playful, and encouraging. I currently use talk therapy techniques and am actively training in play therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These tools help clients build coping skills, manage big feelings, and feel more confident in themselves. I'm here to make therapy feel a little easier - maybe even a little fun
