Warm, playful therapy for children and young adults
Get to Know Ana
Is your child struggling with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, low self-esteem, friendship challenges, or behavioral concerns? I work with children ages 5+, adolescents, and young adults, many of whom are neurodivergent. Feelings can be confusing and overwhelming, especially when you're trying to figure out who you are and how to navigate the world around you. You don't have to do it alone. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and compassionate space where clients feel safe to talk, grow, and build confidence in themselves.
My approach incorporates EMDR, ABA, TF-CBT, DBT, sand tray therapy, play therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. I use EMDR when clinically appropriate to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. Together, these approaches strengthen emotional regulation and develop healthy coping skills.
My style is warm, encouraging, playful, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel approachable and supportive, and I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults feel understood, empowered, and capable of positive growth. Reach out today for a free 15 minute consultation!
