MSW-I, ASUDC
Hello! I'm Ashley, MSWi therapist. I have been working in the fields of mental health and addiction for the past eight years, primarily as a licensed substance use disorder counselor.
My style of therapy is relational and client centered at its core. I believe that healing happens within spaces of safe and authentic connection, where reflection, curiosity, and compassionate presence can guide the process. I strive to offer a grounded and supportive space when you can explore the deeper layers of your experience. I’m open to whatever it is that brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll figure things out at your pace, with the invitation to bring every part of yourself into the process of growth and discovery.
I work with individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, trauma and recovery, chronic illness, addiction, ADHD, perfectionism, and anxiety/depression. I am committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring gender identity or expression. I often incorporate somatic-based approaches, mindfulness, and meditation practices in session. I draw from training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, as well as narrative and expressive therapy modalities- approaches that help you to better understand yourself, build coping tools, and cultivate emotional well-being.
If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to connect. Please reach out for a free consultation!
