Clarity and progress in a warm, calm space
Get to Know Austin
Feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed can be exhausting. When life feels unstable or demanding, it's easy to disconnect from yourself and others. Therapy can help you slow things down, gain clarity, and respond more intentionally. I draw from Narrative Therapy, CBT, IFS, EMDR, and solution-focused approaches to help clients make sense of their stories, their world, and themselves. I foster a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental space. My work centers on clarity and progress, pairing practical next steps with somatic work so change feels manageable and grounded.
I work with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, internet and video game addiction, and neurodivergence.
I am deeply invested in understanding each client as an individual. I'm thoughtful and careful in how I approach change, prioritizing what's honest, effective, and genuinely helpful. You can expect a therapist who listens closely, works with integrity, and is committed to helping you move toward what matters to you.
