I consider it a privilege to walk with people through the most human parts of their lives. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and relational, grounded in the belief that therapy is both a space for healing and a space for meaning-making. I integrate psychodynamic and existential therapy with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic approaches, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs.


I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, eating disorders/ or disordered eating, relationship patterns, perfectionism, identity exploration, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and insight-oriented—helping you understand the patterns that shaped you while building new ways of relating to yourself and the world. Together, we explore both the past that influences you and the future you want to create.

 

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to providing inclusive, identity-conscious care. My priority is creating a secure, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, curious, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional freedom.
